declare to be henceforth free manumitted and discharged
from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors
or administrators forever   In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this second day
of may in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and twenty six

On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit
Received on the day of the date herein mentioned the sum of
six pence current money it being the full consideration
money within mentioned

Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit   On this second
day of May personally appears Samuel H Beall party to the
within instrument of writing before me the subscriber a
Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland for the said
County and acknowledges the same to be his act and deed
for the purposes within mentioned and the negro man
within named to be henceforth manumitted and discharged
from all services to him or to any claiming under him
and to be free and manumitted according to the act of
assembly in such cases made and provided

                                      Justice of the peace for A A Coty
3   Recorded the 29th day of May 1826


To all whom it may concern be it known that I
John Reads of anne arundel County in the State of
Maryland having about twelve years part purchased my
wife Cloe aged now about forty years and her son John
