164 in the State of maryland and for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving have released from slavery liberated manumitted and set free and by these presents do hereby release from Slavery liberate manumit and set free after a term of years my several negroes to wit: Henry aged forty two years to be free on the twenty forth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and twenty one; Mary aged thirty four years to be free on the same day as the able male; Henney aged sixteen years to be free on the twenty fourth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and twenty six; Bettey aged Ten years to be free in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty three two on the twenty fourth day of December; Ann aged Eight years to be free on the twenty fourth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty four; Nelley aged four years to be free on the twenty fourth day of Dec.r in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty six; Harriott aged two years to be free on the twenty fourth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty Eight all the increase of the above females that born during their respective servitude to serve if females twenty two years and if males twenty five years and all their increase that born after their servitude is Expired to be free to their latest Generations Harry aged twelve years to be free on the twenty fourth day of December in the year of Eighteen hundred and thirty three; John aged six (years) |
