163 Polly Gibson being now one year old and her the said negro Child named Ann I do declare shall be thenceforth that is to say from and after the first day of June Eighteen hundred and thirty three freed manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to me my Executors or administrators for ever. And I do hereby declare free and determine that the State and Condition of the issue that may be born of the said negro Girl named Anne on or before the said first day of June Eighteen hundred and thirty that shall be that of free persons entitled to their freedom from the day of their birth.
