150. Maryland sc To all whom these presents shall come I Jerningham Drury of ann arundel county for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving declare free manumit liberate and enfranchize the following negroes to wit in a former manumission negro Sarah I declared to be free on the first day of march Eighteen hundred and thirty seven she is now about Eighteen years of age. I now declare her to be free on the first day of January Eighteen hundred and twenty three and her Childrens Children to the latest Generation to be free as follows males at the age of twenty five years and females at the age of twenty one Richard about two years of age to be free on the first day of January Eighteen hundred and forty three Thomas aged about three months to be free on the first day of January Eighteen hundred and forty five hereby acknowledging the said negroes discharged from all claim of service and right of property whatever from me my heirs Executors and administrators in the manner and form above mentioned Viz Sarah to be free on the 1.st day January 1823 and her increase to be free males at the age of twenty five years and females at the age of twenty one years to the latest generation Richard to be free on the 1.st January 1843, Thomas to be free on 1st January 1845.
