15 one month old that is to say the said Jenny to be free at the arrival to the age of thirty one years the said Isaac on his arrival at the age of thirty one years and the said margaret on her arrival at the age of twenty five years and further that all and every Child or Issue that the said Jenny and margaret shall or may respectively have or bring forth during the times they are to continue in servitude as aforesaid shall be free and manumitted as they respectively arrive to the age of thirty one years and I do hereby warrant and forever defend the freedom of the aforesaid negroes upon the terms aforesaid from all claims and demands legal and equitable of myself my heirs and assigns and all persons claiming by from through or me and them.
