administrators at the expiration of four years from
this date and her issue born between this date
and the end of the said term of four years to be
absolutely free and discharged from servitude at
the age of twenty one years respectively  In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal this Eleventh day of august Eighteen
hundred and nineteen

       At the foot of the aforegoing deed was thus
written to wit:      anne arundel County sc.t  On
this Eleventh day of august Eighteen hundred and
nineteen before me one of the Justices of the peace of
the State of maryland in and for the county aforesaid
came the above named Susan W Franklin and
acknowledged the foregoing instrument of writing
as and for her act and deed and the negro Girl
Harriet and her issue to be free and absolutely
discharged from servitude at the periods therein
respectively limited

       This Indenture Witnesseth that I Sarah A
Hatherly of anne arundel county in the State of
Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of two
dollars to me in hand paid at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have released from
slavery manumitted and set free and by these
