In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this tenth day of april in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and nineteen Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of us Charles W Dorsey (seal) Reuben M Dorsey Charles E Baldwin On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus written to wit: Received the tenth day of april Eighteen hundred and nineteen the sum of one dollar Current money it being the full consideration money within mentioned Charles W Dorsey Anne Arundle County ss Be it remembered That on this tenth day of april 1819 Personally appears Charles W Dorsey party to the within instrument of writing before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace for the said County and acknowledges the same to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned according to the act of assembly in such case made and provided Acknowledged before Ex.d Charles E Baldwin 2½ paid Recorded the 19th day of april 1819 Maryland to wit anne arundel County sc To all whom it may concern Be it known that I David Weems of the State of maryland and County aforesaid for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving as also in further consideration of one Dollar Current (money) |
