In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this sixteenth day of april in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten signed sealed & delivered in the presence of Edmond Warfield (seal) Charles G. Dorsey on the back of the Lamech Duvall aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit Maryland anne arundel county to wit on the 16.th day of april in the year of our lord eighteen hundred and ten appears Edmund Warfield before the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the state and county aforesaid and acknowledged the above instrument of writing to be his act and deed and the negro or mulatto woman therein named to be free according to the true intent and meaning of the said instrument and the act of assembly in such cases made and provided acknowledged before Chas G Dorsey Rec.d this 3.d may 1810 of James F.
