work and gain a sufficient livelyhood and
maintainance and her said child Harry about
one year of age and all children which she the
said Grace may hereafter have I do declare
to be henceforth and thereafter free manumitted
and discharged from all manner of service to
me my executors administrators or assigns
forever; in testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this
eighth day of December one thousand eight
hundred and eight,  Received on the day
and date above mentioned the sum of one
shilling current money within mentioned

on the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed
