manumit and declare free agreeably to the terms herein after
specified to wit my negro man named Charles aged thirty
one years to be free on the twenty fourth day of December one
thousand eight hundred and fifteen, George aged nineteen
years on the eleventh day of august last to be free at the
age of thirty five years, Rachel aged twelve years on the
eighteenth day of december last to be free at the age of
thirty one years, Nelly aged about thirty nine years in
Austin aged three years and three months and John aged
about fifteen months to be free from the date hereof
the issue of the aforesaid female (Rachel) and the issue
of such issues to be free if male at the age of thirty five
years if a female at the age thirty one years hereby
declaring and acknowledging the aforesaid negros
above named to be free and forever discharged
from all claims of service right or property whatsoever
from me or any claiming under me my heirs
executors administrators or assigns from and after
the expiration of the terms above specified and the
issues of the aforesaid females if any and the issue
of such issue if males to be free at the age of thirty five
years if females at the age of thirty one years as
specified in the aforegoing manumission.  In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this fifteenth day of
august one thousand eight hundred & eight
