Cromwell Witness P. H. Watts (seal) Zachariah Cromwell on the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit Ann Arundel county to wit on this twenty seventh day of July eighteen hundred and eight came Philip Watts within named before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the county aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his act and deed and the slaves within named to be free at the periods specified therein acknowledged before F.
