proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
Harriet Calder aged about thirty years a bright
mulatto aged five feet one inch high
is the same person named in a deed of manumission
executed by mary Ridout Samuel Ridout
and Horatio Ridout on the 7.th day
of August in the year of our lord one
thousand eight hundred and seven
and that the said Harriet Calder
was raised in Anne Arundel county
    Issued the 29.th of April 1811


Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:  I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof a mulatto woman named Nelly about
twenty ^three^ years of age five feet one Inch
high with a scar on her right eye occasioned
by a burn was free born; and that the said
woman called Nelly was raised in the County
aforesaid
          Issued the 25.th may 1811
