Maryland Anne Arundel county Sc
I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof Mary Folks a bright
mulatto aged about twenty three years about
five feet three inches high is the same
person named in a deed of manumission
executed by Mary Ridout Samuel Ridout
and Horatio Ridout on the 7.th day of
August in the year of our lord one
thousand eight hundred and seven
and that the said Mary Folks was
raised in Anne arundel county
    Issued the 29.th day of April 1811

said Charity Folks was raised in Anne
Arundel county
Issued the 29.th of April 1811
