Maryland Anne Arundel county Sc.t
I hereby certify to all whom it may concern that
it hath been proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof a negro man called Jerry
Pepper about seventh three years old five feet
three inches high of a dark complexion and
very much pocked marked in the face is the
same person manumitted by David Robinson
on the twenty fifth day of January seventeen
hundred and ninety one and that the
said Jerry Pepper was raised in the
aforesaid County
    Issued the 22.d day of april 1811


Maryland Anne Arundel county Sc.t
I hereby certify to all whom it may concern that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof a man called Richard Kyer of a dark
complexion about seventeen years old five feet
six inches high was born free and that the
said Richard Kyer was raised in Anne Arundel
county aforesaid
       Issued the 25.th day of April 1811
