36. county court. Now to all whom it may concern be it known that I Jonathan N Loughlin of the state and county aforesaid for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving as also in further consideration of five shillings current mony to me in hand paid have released from slavery liberated manumitted and set free and by these presents do hereby release from slavery liberate manumit and set free my negro woman named Milly being about the age of thirty years and able to work and gain a sufficient livelihood and maintenance and I do also by these presents set free from slavery liberate and manumit her the said negro Millys two children namely John about eight years old and maria about six years old and also all the future increase of her the said negro Milly and her aforesaid daughter maria and I do hereby declare the said negros Milly John and Maria and the future increase of Milly and Maria to be henceforth free manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors or administrators forever.
