317 that for the sum of thirty dollars to me in hand paid by Joshua Brogdon (a colord free man) for his daughter Henney beeing five years old the twentieth day of August last past I hearby declare and acknowledge the aforesaid negro girl Henney to bee free and forever dischargd from all claims of service rights or properties whatsoever from me or any claming under me my executors administrators or assigns.
