313 following negroes whose freedom shall take place as follows vizt: my negro man James aged about thirty four years shall be free on the first day of January in the year eighteen hundred and twenty one negro girl Rachel shall be free on the first day of Jany eighteen hundred and twenty nine negro girl Rachel Anne shall be free on the first day of Jany eighteen hundred and thirty five negro girl Dinah shall be free on the first day of Jany eighteen hundred and thirty six negro girl mariah shall be free on the first day of Jany eighteen hundred and thirty seven negro boy Solomon shall be free on the first day of Jany eighteen hundred and thirty eight negro boy Kitt shall be free on the first day of Jany eighteen hundred and thirty eight and negro boy Philip shall be free on the first day of January eighteen hundred and forty and the aforesaid negroes after their several stated terms of service shall have expired I do then declare to be free and discharged from all further service to me my heirs executors or administrators and I further declare that the desendants of each of the within named female negroes shall be free and discharged from all further service after the shall arrive to the age of twenty five years.
