307 manumitted according to the act of Assembly in such cases made and provided ch.d acknowledged before Louis Gassaway 3¼ Recorded the 26.th day of April 1815 Know all men by these presents that I Charles G Linthicum beleiveing that natural freedom is the right of all men given by Almighty God do bind myself my heirs executors administrators and assigns to set free and manumit the following negroe in the following manner to wit: negroe Rissey aged eleven years to serve nineteen years from the date hereof.
