246 day of February in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fourteen Signed Sealed and Richard G. Hutton (seal) delivered in presence of Thomas Sellman Henry C Drury On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit: Anne Arundel County to wit: On this first day of February 1814 personally appears Richard G Hutton party to the within instrument of writing before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid and acknowledges the same to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned and agreeable to the acts of assembly in such case made and provided c.d Acknowledged before Ex d d d Thomas Sellman 3 Recorded the 1st day of February 1814 Maryland ss.t To all whome these presents shall come Greeting I Nicholas Sank of Anne Arundel County in the State aforesaid for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moveing doe hereby free manimit and enfranchise the negro following to wit: Milly to goe free the first day of January eighteen hundred and thirty her increase to goe free the male at twenty five years of age the female at twenty one years of age |
