for the term of twenty five Years with the
same proviso as to prolongation of servitude
as herein provided respecting the negroes herein
particularly named and such children after
their respective periods of service have expired
shall be absolutely free manumitted and
emancipated fore ever and the child or children
of such female children and their issue
and decendants forever shall be subjected
to the same servitude and be entitled to the
same freedom and emancipation from slavery
as herein provided for the children of
the negroes herein before specially named
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal this ninth
day of June in the Year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twelve
    signed seald & delivered
    in the presence of               Charles Waters   (seal)

    Jno Malonee

Rec.d on the day of the date of these Presents
the sum of five shillings current money it
being the consideration money therein mentioned
