185 under my direction and controul or such other person or persons as I may appoint untill he arrives at the age of twenty one years which will be on the first day of June in the year eighteen hundred and twenty four at which period the said boy Charles Angel Howard is declared to be free from me my heirs executors administrators and assigns from and after that day forever.
