172 one and the Children of the said Mary if any she should have the males to be free at the age of twenty six years and the females to be free at the age of twenty two years I do declare the said Mary and her issue to be free manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors administrators or assigns forever after the expiration of the time above mentioned. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty eighth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twelve Signed Sealed and delivered Susannah Wyvill (seal) in presence of (if any she should have) in the 15 line before signing Gideon White, Hail Wyvill On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit Rec.d the day and date above written five shillings current money the full consideration money within mentioned Susanna Wyvill Ann Arundell County ss.t On the 28.th day of February 1812 appeared Susanna Wyvill before the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be her act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such case made and provided Ch.d Gideon White 3 Recorded the 29.th day of February 1812 To all whom it may concern Be it Known that I Beel Haywood widow of Sam Haywood |
