128 sufficient livelihood and maintainance and her the said negro woman named Henny I do declare to be henceforth free manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors or administrators forever. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this Tenth day of November in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and ten Signed Sealed & delivered Seth Sweetser (seal) in the presence of Gideon White Seth Sweetser J.r On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit Maryland Ann Arundel County Sc.t On the tenth day of November 1810 came Seth Sweetser before the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such cases made and provided Ex.d d.d Gideon White p.d 2½ sds Recorded the 13.th day of November 1810 |
