I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this fifth day of November 1810 Signed sealed & delivered Abel Hill J.r (seal) in presence of Gideon White Jn.o mallonee On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit on the 5.th day of November 1810 appeared Abel Hill Jun.r before the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the Ann Arundel County and acknowledged the above instrument of writing to be his act and deed and the negro man therein named to free according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such cases made and provided chd Gideon White 2 sds Recorded 5.th Nov 1810 To all whom it may concern.
