124 Maryland ss. To all whome these presents shall come Greeting I Nicholas Swormstedt of Anne Arundel County in the State aforesaid for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving do hereby free manumit and enfranchise the negros following to wit Eale to be free the first of January Eighteen hundred and twenty four Nace to be free the first of January eighteen hundred and thirty one Jeaney to be free the first of January eighteen hundred and twenty nine. Hariot to be free the first of January eighteen hundred and thirty three Luce to be free the first of January eighteen hundred and thirty three the increase of they above to go free the male at twenty five years of age and feamale to go free at twenty one years of age to the latest generation. Hereby acknowledging the said Negros shall go free as they arrive to the time above mentioned from all claim of service and right of property whatever from me my heirs executors administrators or assigns.
