to wit maryland Anne arundel county
Sc.t   Be it remembered that on this
twenty sixth day of may in the year of our
lord one thousand eight hundred and
ten personally appears James Wooden
a freeman of colour and party to the
within instrument of writing before
me the subscriber one of the Justices
of the peace in and for anne
arundel county aforesaid and
acknowledges the within instrument
of writing to be his act and deed
for the purposes therein mentioned
