november one thousand seven hundred & ninety

On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed to wit
A A Coty sct  On the 22 day of november one thousand
seven hundred and ninety nine personally
appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices
for the County aforesaid Sam.l Harrison Junr party
to the above instrument of writing who acknowledged
the said instrument to be his Act and Deed and
the signature and seal thereto annexed to be
respectively his according to the true intent and
meaning of the same

 I James Boone of the City of

Baltimore in the State of Maryland
do hereby set free from bondage my negro
woman Named Lucy about seventeen years
old when she shall arrive at the Age of twenty
five which will be on the first day of January
eighteen hundred and eight and do for myself
my heirs Executors and Administrators release unto
the said negro woman Lucy all my right and
claim of property whatever after the expiration
