of the above period In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty
eighth day of april eighteen hundred

On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Vizt
Ann Arundel County sct  On the 28 day of april
eighteen hundred personally appeared James Boone
before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the
peace in and for the County aforesaid party to the
above Instrument of writing and acknowledged the
same to be his Act and Deed for the uses & purposes
therein mentioned

 Ann Arundel County to wit, Know all

Men by these presents that I John
Hurst for and in Consideration of the Services to be
done and performed by William Collins a mulatto
boy do by these presents Declare that the said
William Collins shall be free from my service and
the service of my Exors Admrs and assigns and
all other persons claiming by from or under me or
them on the first day of February which shall be in
the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and eighteen
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal this twenty second day of July eighteen
hundred
