47 my negro boy named Kalop aged about five years when he shall arrive to the age of twenty one years and do for myself my Executors and administrators release unto the said Easter and Kalop all my right and all claim whatsoever as to their persons or to any Estate they may acquire hereby Declaring the said Easter and Kalop absolutely free after the above terms respectively specified without any interruption from me or any person or persons whatsoever Claiming under me In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine Sealed & Delivered William Franklin (Seal) in the presence of James Mackubin Rezin Rowles On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Viz.t Ann Arundel County sct On the 25 day of June 1799 Then Came the within named William Franklin before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid & acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed according to the Act of Assembly in such Case made & provided James Mackubin Recorded 25.th June 1799
