year and my negro woman named Jane aged about
forty years and do for myself my Executors & Administrators
release unto the said Nick, Cæsar, Hannah, Sook
and Jane all my right and all claim whatsoever as
to their persons or to any Estate they may acquire
hereby Declaring the said Nick, Cæsar, Hannah
Sook and Jane after the above twenty fifth day of
December next absolutely free without any
interruption from me or any person or persons
whatsoever claiming under me  In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this
25th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety nine

On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Viz.t
Ann Arundel County on the 25th day of June 1799
Then Came the within named William Franklin before
me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for
the county aforesaid & Acknowledged the within instrument
of writing to be his Act and Deed according to the Act of
Assembly in such Case made and provided
