39 On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Vizt Ann Arundel County sct On the fifteenth day of February in the year of our Lord 1799 personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid Robert Shipley party to the within instrument of writing who acknowledged the said instrument to be his Act and Deed and the signature and Seal thereto annexed to be respectively his Acknowledged before Thomas Hobbs Recorded 15 april 1799
