County Ruth Angling of said County made Oath before
Joseph Sands a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid
that the said negro nace maned is the Identical person
mentioned in said deed of Manumission
                      Issued 28 of July 1806


Ann Arundel County sct  I Nicholas Harwood Clerk of Anne
Arundel County Court Do Certify that it appears by a Deed
of manumission from Philip Watts to Negro Robbin
bearing date the nineteenth day of October seventeen
hundred & ninety two and Recorded amongst the
Records of Ann Arundel County Court that the said Negro
Robbin was to be free on this twenty fifth day of December
one thousand eight hundred and five that he is about
the age of twenty six years at this time & is about
five feet nine Inches high his complexion black was
raised on Severn River in the County aforesaid Richard
Merriken of said County made Oath before Gideon
White a Justice of the peace for the County afsd that
the said Negro Robbin is the Identical person
mentioned in the said Deed of manumission at the
same time the said negro Robbin made Oath
before the said Gideon White that he has lost his
certificate of freedom heretofore granted him
             Issued the 16 day of August 1806
