specified   To wit my negro man named Isaac Oliver aged
twenty five years my negro woman named Lucy Oliver aged
twenty two years my negro woman named Rachel Oliver
aged twenty years and her child named Elizabeth Oliver
aged nine months to be free from the day and date of
this instrument of writing my negro Boy named Jacob
Oliver aged fifteen years to be free on the seventeenth day
of November eighteen hundred and twelve.  Hereby declaring
and acknowledging the said negroes Isaac Oliver Lucy
Oliver Rachel Oliver and her child Elizabeth Oliver as aforesaid
free and forever discharged from all claim of service
right or property whatsoever from me or any claiming under
me my Heirs executors administrators or assigns from the day
and date of this instrument of writing as specified in the
aforegoing manumission and I the said Elizabeth Oliver do
hereby further declare and acknowledged the said negro
Boy named Jacob Oliver as aforesaid free and forever discharged
from all claim of service right or property whatsoever
from me or any claiming under me my Heirs
executors administrators or assigns from and after the
Seventeenth day of November eighteen hundred and twelve
as specified in the aforegoing manumission.  In Testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this seventeenth day of November eighteen hundred & Six
Signed Sealed and Delivered                        her
in the presence of                            Elizabeth + Oliver   (seal)

Gideon White                  on the back of the aforegoing was
John M. Sewell                thus endorsed to wit

On the seventeenth day of November eighteen hundred and six
personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices
of the peace for Anne Arundel County Elizabeth Oliver party to
the within instrument of writing who acknowledged the same
to be her act and deed and the signature and seal thereto
annexed to be respectively hers according to the true intent
and meaning thereof and the Acts of Assembly in such
cases made and provided                  Gideon White
