          Know all men by these presents that I
Anne Ogle of the City of Annapolis do hereby manumit &
discharge from Slavery at the respective periods herein
mentioned the following Slaves to wit one yellow woman
named Chryssy to be free from the date hereof her daughter
Harriet to be free on the first day of December in the year
of our lord Eighteen hundred and fifteen and Augustin son
to the said Chryssy to be free on the first day of December
eighteen hundred and Seventeen  From and after the aforesaid
respective periods.  I hereby declare the said Slaves to be
discharged & liberated from Slavery as Witness my hand
and seal this twenty third day of November in the year
of our lord Eighteen hundred and five
Signed Sealed & delivered
          In the presence of
             Gideon White               Anne Ogle   (seal)
             Samuel Ridout

On the back of the foregoing was thus Endorsed to wit
    Anne Arundel County
                                        Be it remembered that on the
twenty third day of November in the year of our lord Eighteen
hundred and five personally appeared before the subscriber
one of the justices of the peace for the County aforesaid the
within mentioned Anne Ogle & Acknowledged the within Instrument
of writing as her Act & deed according to the purposes
therein mentioned & the Act of Assembly in Such Cases made & provided
Recorded 25th of November 1805               Gideon White
