224 for myself my Exrs and adm.rs do hereby forever Relinquish & Release to the said Benjamin David William Philip Henry & Nicholas & Each and Every of them & their and Each of their Children Hereafter any and all manner of right Title Claim or demand that I have or may have to the services of them or either of them but they & Each of them shall and may do and act in all things without the let Hindrance or disturbance of me the said Bennett Darnall or any other person or Persons Whatever claiming or to claim any right or title to the said Negroes benjamin David William Philip Henry and Nicholas by from or under me Hereby freely acquitted released Exenerated and discharged to the said Benjamin David William Philip Henry & Nicholas by these presents In Witness whereof I the said Bennett Darnall hath hereunto set my hand & Affixed my seal this Sixth day of May 1805 Signed Sealed & delivered In the presence of Bennett Darnall (seal) Sam Harrison On the back of the foregoing William Drury was thus Endorsed to wit On the sixth day of may in the year Eighteen hundred & five personally appeared Bent Darnall party to the within Deed before me one of the Justices of Anne Arundel County & Acknowledged the same to be his Act & Deed to & fro the use & purpose therein mentioned & agreeable to the form of the act of Assembly in Such case made and provided acknowledged before 3½ Recorded 6th of May 1805 Saml Harrison |
