the within Deed before me one of the Justices of Ann Arundel
County and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed
to and for the use & purpose therein mentioned and agreeable
to the form of the Act of Assembly  In such Case made
and provided

                         To all whom these presents shall Come
Greeting I William Weems of Ann Arundel County and
State aforesaid for divers good Causes and Considerations
me thereunto moving do hereby free manumit & franchise
the Negroes following to wit Suekey aged Twenty Three
first day of January last to be free 1st day of January 1819
Julet aged Three years 26th November next to be free at the
age of twenty one Rachel born 1st April last to be free at
the age of twenty one Letty two years old 1st day of June last
to be free at the age of twenty one Negro Girl Sueky That I
bought of Richd & margaret Roberts by them to be free in 13
years:  Commencing from 1st January 1800 & as they make no
provision for her increase during This servitude I do hereby
declare Shood the last named Sueky or any of the above negroes
or all of them Shood have Children during There
Servitude above limitted That there Males shall be free
at the age of twenty five and The females to be free at the
age of twenty one & in this manner & form there Children
Children are to be free to Last Generation:  Negro Peter
aged Thirty four 1st day of January 1811   Joseph aged
Twelve years 1st January last to be free 1 day of January
1826  David Aged Ten years 1st January last to be
