221 Exam.d To all ^persons^ whom these presents may Concern Know ye that I Bennett Darnall of portland Manor Anne Arundel County for divers good Causes & Considerations have Emancipated and Sett in full Liberty and Freedom the Following negroes to wit negroe Elizabeth David wife of William David and William Davids Three Children Deborah Elizabeth and Ann and each of them and by these presents do Emancipate & set in full Liberty the Said Negroes Elizabeth David Deborah Elizabeth and Ann and each of them and their future increase and I the said Bennett Darnall for my self my Execut.s & Adm.rs do hereby Forever relinquish and release to the ^said^ Elizabeth David Deborah Elizabeth & Ann and each and every of them and their & Each of their Children Hereafter any and all manner of Right Tittle Claim or demand That I have or may have to the services of them or Either of them but them ^they^ & each of them shall and may do & act in all things without the Lett Hindrance or disturbance of me the said Bennett Darnall or any other person or persons whatever Claiming or to Claim any right or Title to the said Elizabeth David Deborah Elizabeth or Ann by from or under me. Hereby freely acquitted released Exonerated & discharged to the said Elizabeth David Deborah Elizabeth & Ann by these Presents.
