190 Ex.d I do hereby Certify that Nathaniel Allen was sold to me by Prince Georges County Court untill he arrived at the age of thirty one years of age which time has expired therefore he is fully discharged from any further servitude Given under my hand this sixth day of June Eighteen hundred and three witness Rich.d Higgins Joshua C Higgns On the back of the aforegoing was thus endorsed Viz Anne Arundel County sc.t June 6.th 1803 came Richard Higgns before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid and acknowledged the above certificate to be his lawfull act and deed.
