147 meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such case made and provided James Mackubin Recorded the 9.th day of July 1803 Maryland fs.t To all whom these presents shall come Greeting I John Weems of Richard of Ann Arundel County and State of Maryland for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving do hereby declare free manumit and enfranchise the negroes following to wit; negro Jane and her increase forever hereafter from the twelfth day of July eighteen hundred and Three. Negro Poll and her increase forever both before and after the first day of January Eighteen hundred and seven. Negro Anne and her increase forever hereafter from the first day of January Eighteen hundred and twelve. Hereby acknowledging the said negroes discharged from all claim of service and right of property whatever from me my heirs executors or administrators after the several dates aforesaid.
