130 had a male Child which she says has been christened by the name of William Prout and That I do hereby at the request of the Grand mother and Mother of the said Child William Prout relinquish and release all right Title and interest in and to the service in any manner of said Child for my self my heirs executors and administrators forever Given under my hand at the City of Baltimore on the Twenty seventh day of September Eighteen Hundred and Two Witness James McHenry (seal) John Caldwell John Oliver Recorded the 8th day of January 1803 Exam.d To all whome it may concern be it known that I Jerom Plummer of Ann Arundel County in the State of Maryland for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving as allso in further consideration of five shillings current money to me in hand paid have released from slavery liberated manumerated and set free and by these presents do hereby release from slavery liberate manumit and set free my negro woman Peggy being of the age of about Thirty five years and able to work and gain a sufficient livelihood and maintainance and she the said negro woman named Peggy I |
