120 Ex.d To all whom it may concern be it known That I John Joice of Ann Arundel County in the State of maryland for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving as also in further consideration of five shillings current money to me in hand paid have released from slavery liberated manumitted and set free and by these presents do hereby release from slavery liberate manumit and set free my negro woman named Jamima and negro Child named Anne I do hereby declare to be henceforth free manumitted and discharged from all manner of servitude or service to me my executors or administrators In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this ninth day of June in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and Two Signed Sealed and delivered his In the presence of John + Joice (seal) Thomas Harwood of R.d mark B.
