73 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Dick aged about thirty years about five feet nine inches high of a brown complexion with a small scar above the left side of his forehead is the same person manumitted by William Fisher by deed dated the thirteenth day of April one thousand seven hundred and ninety and that the said negro man Dick was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 15.th day of December 1815 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sct I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William Chambers aged about thirty six years about five feet four Inches high of a dark complexion with a small scar upon each hand just above the thumb, and a small mark resembling a scar between the Eyes, is the same person manumitted by Richard Hopkins of Gerard by deed dated the twelfth day of the seventh month (July) in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eight two and that the said William Chambers was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 22d day of December 1815 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William Winters aged about twenty one years about six feet one and an half inches high of a dark complexion with |
