74 a scar upon the back of the right hand was free born and that the said negro man William Winters was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 2d day of January 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Elisha Parker aged about twenty three years about five feet eight and an half inches high of a brown complexion with a small scar upon the upper lip was free born and that the said Elisha Parker was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 8.th day of January 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Samuel Allen aged about thirty nine years about five feet seven and an half inches high of a brown complexion with five natural marks on the breast (resembling scars) is the same person manumitted by Jane Woodward by deed dated the thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fourteen and that the said negro man named Samuel Allen was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 13.th day of January 1816 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that |
