manumitted by Joshua Mayo by deed dated the
Eighth day of August one thousand Eight hundred
and five, that his freedom commenced on the Eighth
day of August one thousand Eight hundred and
fifteen, and that the said negro man named
Juba was raised in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 1.st day of November 1815



    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc  I
hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that
it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof a negro woman named Anne aged about twenty
one years about five feet five Inches high of a
dark complexion with a scar upon the left arm
is the same person manumitted by John Weems of
Richard by deed dated the ninth day of July in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and three, that her freedom commenced on the first
day of January Eighteen hundred and twelve; and
that the said negro woman named Anne was raised
in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 1.st day of November 1815

years about five feet four and an half Inches high
black complexion no perceptible mark is the same

one thousand Eight hundred and three; and that her
freedom commenced on the first day of January Eighteen
hundred and seven; and that the said negro woman
named Poll was raised in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 1.st day of November 1815
