68 one thousand Eight hundred and twelve; and that the said woman named Cornelia was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23d day of October 1815 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named London aged about thirty one years about five feet five inches high of a dark complexion with a small scar upon the right Cheek is the same person manumitted by John January in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety that his freedom commenced in the year one thousand Eight hundred and five, and that the said man named London was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23d day of October 1815 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Fanny aged about thirty two years about five feet one INch high of a brown complexion no perceptible mark is the same person manumitted by John Cowman by deed dated the twentieth day of July in the year one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty, and that the said negro woman named Fanny was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 25th day of October 1815 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Juba aged about forty four years about five feet seven Inches high of a dark complexion no perceptible mark is the same person |
