55 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a mulatto man named Jacob aged about twenty one years about five feet five inches high of a light complexion black hair with no perceptible mark was free born and that the said mulatto man Jacob was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 18.th day of May 1815. State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named James Fisher aged about twenty one years about five feet seven inches and an half high of a brown complexion with a small scar over the left eye and another on the right cheek bone was free born and that the said negro man James Fisher was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23.d day of May 1815. This Certificate having been proved to have been lost a dup.l issued as in page 39. State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Thomas Watkins aged about twenty one years about five feet four and an half inches high of a brown complexion with a small scar upon the nose was born free, and that the said Thomas Watkins This certe having been proved to have been lost a dupl afsd as in page 195 |
