of a yellowish Complexion with a small scar near
the Elbow of the right arm is the same person
manumitted by Richard Harwood of Thomas by deed
dated the twenty sixth day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifteen,
and that the said Linda Jackson was raised in
the County aforesaid
       Issued the 27th day of April 1815



    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit  I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a
negro man named Abraham Brogden of a dark
complexion about five feet six Inches high aged
about thirty four years, and has a large scar upon
the back of the head, occasioned by a burn was
free born; and that the said Abraham Brogden
was raised in the County aforesaid
          Issued the 27th day of April 1815



Maryland, Anne Arundel County, to wit:  I hereby Certify
to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a
negro man named Charles about twenty three years of
age five feet seven Inches high of a dark complexion
no perceptible mark is the same person manumitted by
Richard Harrison by deed dated the twenty third day
of July in the year one thousand seven hundred
and ninety six, and that his freedom Commenced on
the twelfth day of September one thousand Eight
hundred and thirteen; And that the said negro man
named Charles was raised in the County aforesaid
          Issued the 27th day of April 1815
