State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc.
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro
man named Gideon aged about twenty three
years about five feet eight and a quarter
inches high of a brown complexion was free
born and that the said negro man Gideon was
raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 24.th day of April 1815



State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro
man named Ben aged about twenty eight
years about five feet five and an half inches
high of a black complexion no perceptible
mark is the same person manumitted by
Richard Talbott by deed dated the fourth day
of January one thousand eight hundred and
two and that his freedom commenced on the
20.th day of October one thousand eight hundred
and twelve and that the said negro man
Ben was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 24.th day of April 1815



Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
a negro woman named Linda Jackson aged about
twenty three years about five feet two Inches high
