day of August in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and ninety two and
that her freedom commenced on the thirtieth
day of October one thousand seven hundred
and ninety two and that the said negro
woman Sil was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 17th day of March 1814



Anne Arundel County to wit:  I hereby certify
to all whom it doth or may concern that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof a negro woman named
Luce aged about thirty six years about five
feet four and an half inches high of a brown
complexion is the same person manumitted
by Francis Cromwell by deed dated the
the twenty third day of August in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and ninety two and that her
freedom commenced on the thirtieth day
of August one thousand eight hundred
and three and that the said negro woman
Luce was raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 17.th day of March 1814



State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: 
        I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern
that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof a negro woman named Susannah
Parker aged about thirty Eight years about five
feet one Inch high of a brown complexion with a
