Anne Arundel County Court Certificates of Freedom, 1810-1831

may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Eliza
Badger aged about twenty five years about five
feet five one and an half Inches high yellow
Complexion a small scar in the bend of the right
arm, was free born and raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 25 day of August 1826


    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Nace
Badger aged about twenty three years about
five feet Eight and three quarter Inches high
yellow Complexion a small scar in the left
eye brow and two small scars over the left
eye was free born and raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 28th day of August 1826


    State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof named John Ross aged
about twenty one years about five feet five Inches
high yellow Complexion has two small scars
on the right arm, was free born and raised in
the County aforesaid
    Issued the 29th day of August 1826


    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
              I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
